NII FOR REPU FINANCIAL 2016

Republic Hall goes to the polls on  Monday 14th of March 2016 and a strong contender for the position of Republic Hall financial secretary position is Prince Nii Lamptey, popularly know as NII - Nothing Is Impossible.
He has a Policy structure which is going to be up and running when he is elected into power. Those policies are as such:

THE WEB SECRETARIAT

I would create a WEB platform to enhance the dissemination of FINANCIAL REPORTS (Budget, Statement of accounts, etc.) to all Mongols in addition to using the Notice boards.

ACCOUNTABILITY AND DISBURSEMENT
I would lead a transparent office to ensure judicious use of resources and also ensure to append my signature to cheques that serve the best interest of my fellow MONGOLS.

WELFARE, BURSARIES AND SPONSORSHIPS
As the Chairman of the Finance and Sponsorship Board, my team and I would work relentlessly in raising funds and sponsorships for the Hall’s activities (including welfare, sports, entertainment, MONGOLITE, Republic hall constitution, Hall week, etc.).

CAPACITY BUILDING
To achieve my MISSION of Transformation via Financial Literacy, my office would organize business lectures, talks, and investment seminars to educate the MONGOL and which would intend also create sponsorship opportunities for REPUBLIC HALL.

THE MONGOL SHARE POLICY
This policy will seek to create a platform for all available prospective Investment Companies to introduce their investment packages (shares, treasury bills, bonds etc.) to all MONGOLS for patronage EXCLUSIVELY.

THE MONGOL FAIRE
This would create a platform for all MONGOLS to showcase their innovative Ideas in order to attract sponsorship from the hall and other external bodies.

INFO FINANCE
This would ensure the effective continuity of the already existing information platform to disseminate financial tips and facts to all MONGOLS via the plasma screen, notice boards and other web platforms.

ADVOCACY
Upon assuming office as the REPUBLIC HALL FINANCIAL SECRETARY, I would advocate for the following necessities:
1. Study room renovation (provision of furniture and AC)
2. Provision of First Aid boxes
3. Emergency Hotline (toll free)
4. Republic Hall constitution
5. Republic hall ceremonial cloth
6. Extension of the Ketewa Biara Nsua(KBN) fund for MONGOL applicants in collaboration with the SRC welfare Committee.
